Acceptance

By accessing prism-marketingstudio.com or using a Prism workspace, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Prism is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps marketing teams produce strategic analyses, research-backed campaigns, and quick content. Operated by Xantage.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. One person per seat.

Acceptable use

Don't use Prism to generate illegal content, infringe IP, mislead consumers, or impersonate brands you don't own. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces that do.

Plans & billing

Prism is provided under an enterprise contract. The capabilities, usage limits, seats, and fees for your workspace are those set out in the agreement between you and Xantage and Quantale Analytics. There is no self-service signup or trial.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active workspace owners with at least 30 days notice.
